Novo is looking for an occupational injury management advisorto join its team. You will be able to work in hybrid mode from our office in Quebec, Longueuil or Laval. Your primary role will be to advise our clients, i.e. employers, on the best management practices to adopt following a professional injury and thus establish a relationship of trust with clients.

This is what your daily life will look like

Well surrounded by our specialized multidisciplinary team, you will advise clients on the management strategy to adopt following an occupational injury based on established processes and best practices. Your mandates will offer you challenges to overcome thanks to the great diversity of CNESST files and the numerous interactions with the different actors involved.

Here is what your daily life will look like:

  • Evaluate eligibility and carry out medico-administrative follow-up of professional injury files

  • Take charge of complex and contentious files with significant financial impacts

  • Support the clients in order to promote the maintenance of the employment relationship

  • Advise clients by establishing links between claims management, prevention and pricing at the CNESST

  • Act as an employer representative with the various organizations (CNESST, DRA and TAT)

  • You have knowledge of OHS laws

  • You are able to manage several files simultaneously

  • You have a spirit of analysis and synthesis

  • You are a good listener and know how to target the client's needs

Qualifications and talents

  • Training in industrial relations, human resources or OHS, experience in an administrative position in health, labor law or any other combination of training and relevant experience

  • Microprogram in disability management or strategic OHS management (an asset)

  • Knowledge of prevention mutuals (an asset)

  • Excellent command of spoken and written French

  • Proficiency in English (an asset) asset)
