Finance Director – Tech for Good

Build and structure a finance function in a growth and acquisition context

Your responsibilities:
Manage monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
Lead the accounting close process and audits
Oversee AP/AR, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management functions
Implement effective systems and internal controls
Participate in financial integrations during acquisitions
Support the CFO with ad hoc analyses and overall financial strategy
Desired profile:
CPA designation (mandatory)
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, including Big 4 experience
Mastery of ASPE; IFRS and US GAAP: assets
Experience in startup, scale-up, or transforming environment
Bilingual French/English
Self-sufficient, driven, rigorous, and comfortable in a hands-on role
Conditions & benefits:
Salary up to $150,000Target bonus: 20% (based on performance)
Hybrid: 3 days in the office (Wednesday mandatory)
4 weeks of vacation + holiday closure

Reimbursement of CPA title
