Sales Representative — Industrial Sector
Location:Laval, Quebec
Our client:A well-established company in the industrial tooling sector is seeking a Sales Representative to strengthen its sales and customer relationship management team.
The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with an established B2B industrial clientele, while identifying new business opportunities.
This role is for an experienced, service-oriented individual capable of building trust with clients and ensuring rigorous follow-up throughout the sales cycle.Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B client accounts in the industrial sector
- Proactively follow up with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical service, logistics, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Contribute to achieving sales and growth objectives for the assigned territory
- Monitor the market and competitor activity
Desired Profile
- Minimum 5 years Experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation. Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills. Bilingualism (French/English) depending on the clientele served.
