Techso is looking for a 3DEXPERIENCE DevOps Specialist to contribute to technology projects for clients across Canada.

In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, administering, and maintaining 3DEXPERIENCE platforms to ensure their operational reliability. You will work across both the underlying infrastructure and application environments to ensure platform availability, performance, and stability. You will also contribute to operational automation and technical incident resolution, working closely with PLM teams and clients.

What You'll Do

Depending on the projects assigned to you, your responsibilities may include:

• Deploy, configure, migrate, and maintain 3DEXPERIENCE environments in collaboration with PLM teams and clients;
• Monitor environments, analyze alerts and error logs, identify root causes, and resolve technical incidents related to systems, networks, databases, or 3DEXPERIENCE deployments;
• Support the deployment of 3DEXPERIENCE customizations and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues, regressions, or deployment blockers;
• Administer and optimize the underlying infrastructure (Linux, Windows, cloud, virtualization) to ensure platform availability and performance;
• Automate deployments, configurations, and updates using DevOps tools (Ansible, Git, Bash/PowerShell scripts);
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical infrastructure and the optimization of application performance;
• Create and maintain technical documentation and lead knowledge transfer sessions;
• Ensure solutions are delivered in accordance with quality and security requirements and agreed-upon timelines.

What We're Looking For

You have:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• At least 3 years of experience in PLM platform administration;
• Strong knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE architecture and services, including deployment, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, databases, application servers, and integrations;
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to analyze complex logs, interpret monitoring alerts, and diagnose end-to-end issues across infrastructure, networks, applications, and deployments;
• Proficiency in Linux environments (Oracle Linux, RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows Server;
• Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Ansible, Terraform, Bash/PowerShell scripts);
• The ability to work effectively in demanding and constantly evolving operational environments;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team-oriented mindset, and a solution-focused approach;
• The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, application log analysis);
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and their integration with PLM platforms;
• Experience in cloud security and Identity and Access Management (IAM);
• Experience in consulting or multi-site environments;
• Experience designing or delivering technical training sessions.

You don't need to master every DevOps tool on the market. Above all, we're looking for an autonomous, detail-oriented, and solution-focused professional who can bridge the gap between system administration, automation, and PLM business requirements.

Your ability to understand 3DEXPERIENCE environments, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate effectively with technical teams and clients will make all the difference.
