- Simultaneously manage a double-digit volume of files at different stages, adhering to tight deadlines and a high standard of quality.
- Produce comprehensive financing deliverables (prequalification summaries, term sheets, credit presentations, commitment letters, buy sheets).
- Gather and validate prerequisites as well as legal documentation up to financing, ensuring rigorous follow-up on required elements.
- Interact with clients, conduct site visits, and collaborate with the credit committee to advance transactions.
- Monitor trends in the commercial mortgage market in the region and actively develop a network within the real estate ecosystem.

- Master real estate market analysis (rental markets, appraisals, regional differences in the region).
- Demonstrate strong financial analysis, research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate fluently in writing and orally, in professional English (written and spoken) for files and exchanges on a Canadian scale; functional French highly preferred.
- Hold a bachelor's degree (ideally in administration, finance, or a related field) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Exhibit autonomy, reliability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate naturally and aim for quality files, with an initiative and contribution mindset.
