  • Prepare the required deliverables for production and assembly stages, with a directly usable level of detail.
  • Collaborate with architecture and relevant technical disciplines to integrate requirements into the plans at the right time.

  • Report technical elements to be validated or completed and contribute to securing a robust drawing circuit for downstream teams.

Profile sought: solid experience in technical drawing of building mechanics

  • Master a work environment where plans circulate between architecture, technical disciplines, and production.
  • Demonstrate consistent rigor in the preparation, updating, and coordination of drawings.
  • Adopt clear and structured communication to advance validations and technical clarifications.
  • Show autonomy, a sense of priorities, and a marked concern for the quality of deliverables.

Conditions: stable framework, full benefits, and regular schedule

  • Annual salary of $60,000 to $70,000.
  • Schedule from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • Access to group insurance, as well as a group RRSP and a DPSP.
  • Benefit from four weeks of vacation, according to the conditions applicable to the position.
  • Evolve in a health and safety-focused indoor environment.
  • Enjoy on-site facilities (e.g., relaxation areas), according to current policies.
  • Participate in social activities and community involvement.

Assets: tools and multidisciplinary coordination

  • Use Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Contribute to coordination between the building's technical disciplines.

If you enjoy delivering clear, complete, and production-ready plans, this role will provide you with a concrete and structured ground to make an impact from the first weeks.
