Plugin + Chrome Extension Developer

Context
We are looking for a senior plugin developer to design and develop a tailor-made plugin to import, manage, synchronize and display job offers from Enroll Talent, then present them effectively on an external website (existing theme).

Mission

• Design the architecture and develop a clean plugin, maintainable and scalable

• Integrate the Enroll Talent source (API/feed) to retrieve job offers

• Manage synchronization (initial import + updates + deletion/expiration)

• Provide display tools on the front side (shortcodes / blocks / templates)

• Add an administration interface (configuration + logs + monitoring)

• Ensure quality, performance, security, documentation and deployment support

Expected functional objectives

1) Enroll Talent import / synchronization

• Connection to Enroll Talent via API (REST/JSON) or feed (XML/JSON/CSV) depending on availability

• Import of offers in the form of:

  • Custom Post Type (ex: job) or other relevant approach

  • Taxonomies (category, contract type, location, etc.)

  • Fields (ACF or native meta fields): title, company, city, province/region, salary, type, date, description, application URL, external identifier, etc.

• Scheduling via WP-Cron (or possibility of manual endpoint / “Synchronize” button)

• Management of duplicates via external identifier

• Management of expired offers: deactivation, archiving or deletion (configurable)

• Logs (minimum basic level): number of offers imported, updated, ignored, errors

2) Administration / configuration

• Plugin configuration screen:

  • Key/API, feed URL, frequency, filters (optional), debug mode

  • Mapping of fields (if necessary)

  • Choice of expiration/archiving mode

• “Synchronize now” tool

• Display of logs / last sync status

3) Front-end display

• Integration methods :

  • contract (at a minimum)

• Offer detail page

SEO:

• Clean URLs, consistent titles/meta, structured data if relevant (bonus)

Design:

• Respect for the existing theme (use templates compatible, CSS classes, etc.)

Technical requirements

• CPT, taxonomies, meta, hooks/actions/filters

• Modern PHP (7.4+ ideally), OOP, namespaces, autoload (Composer appreciated)

• Security: validation/sanitation, capabilities, nonces, admin permissions

• Performance: batch import, query limitation, transients/cache if useful

• Compatibility:

  • WP 6.x

  • Standard themes + common page builders (ideally without dependencies strong)

• Delivery:

  • Versioned plugin (Git), clean structure, README + installation doc

  • Deployment script / procedure

  • Simple tests or at least QA checklist

Profile sought

• Proven experience (3+ years) in developing custom plugins

• Ease with API/flow integrations, sync, data mapping

• Ability to propose a solid architecture and anticipate edge cases (duplicates, network errors, quotas, etc.)

• Clear communication, autonomy, rigor

Deliverables

1. Complete plugin (zip + Git repo)

2. Documentation:

   • Installation + configuration

   • Usage (shortcodes / options)

   • Sync strategy + logs

3. Maintenance guide (how to update the mapping, diagnose an error)

4. Production support (ex: 1–2 weeks depending on terms)
