Responsibilities — deliver solid closures and useful analyses to operations

  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including recurring and month-end entries.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial statements in close support of controllers.
  • Balance inventories, document discrepancies, and clearly explain causes and impacts.
  • Produce margin analyses, budgets, forecasts, and variances to support decision-making.
  • Track project costs and consumption statistics, then derive actionable insights.
  • Analyze supplier and customer payment terms to inform performance tracking.
  • Participate in process optimization and special projects according to current priorities.

Profile sought — the essentials to be effective quickly

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting; open to a technical degree or relevant background with solid experience.
  • Have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Master monthly closures, balance sheet reconciliations, inventories, and accounting entries.

  • Exhibit rigor, analytical spirit, autonomy, and collaboration.

Conditions — what is offered to support your daily life

  • Offer a salary of $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.
  • Work 37.5 hours/week, with a flexible start time between approximately 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM (usual end between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM).
  • Benefit from voluntary and paid overtime, up to intermediate size hours when necessary.
  • Access a comprehensive insurance plan (medications, glasses, life insurance, salary insurance) with costs shared 50% employer / 50% employee; family eligible.
  • Enjoy vacation time of up to approximately 5 weeks for an experienced profile, including two weeks at Christmas.
  • Evolve in an environment with an on-site gym, social committee, and company events, new offices, and ongoing training.

Assets — useful to accelerate your impact

  • Have already dealt with payables, receivables, and the complete accounting cycle.
  • Know Vision Constructeur or in-house project management systems.
  • Have been exposed to a multi-entity environment with intercompany transactions.

If you enjoy both the precision of closures and the value of useful analysis for operations, this role will provide a concrete ground to contribute and evolve.
